David Arbital has led portfolios of 27 restaurant concepts, operations across 18 states, directing more than 700 employees and overseeing $150 million in annual sales.
 

He has scaled revenues from $15 million to $150 million, oversaw location scouting, lease negotiations, and driven multi-market expansion across Miami, New York, The Hamptons, the Bahamas, and San Juan.
